Tips to Get Pregnant Easily

So you want to know how to get pregnant easily? Pregnancy is a gift because you can bear an angel in this world. But most women have difficulty in getting pregnant for so many reasons. Here are some excellent tips for you to get pregnant easily and quickly.

Take time to make love. If you want to get pregnant, take your time to make love with your partner. Avoid yourself to be tired and lazy. Much better if you and your partner will go to a vacation so you can focus on each other and start your plans to have a family.

Quit smoking. If you want to get pregnant then don’t smoke. Smoking can reduce the chance for approximately 40% for you to get pregnant. If you smoke, you have to wait for almost two months until you are successfully conceived. As what commercials keep on saying, smoking is dangerous to you health so if you want to get pregnant and if you are already pregnant, stop smoking so your baby will be born health and happy,

Don’t miss your vitamins. Vitamins are very beneficial to both men and women’s fertility. For woman, take folic acid because folic acid gives you chances to get pregnant. Also, Vitamins C to protect sperm’s DNA and also enhance the quality of the sperm. And vitamin E for fertility.

Check you body weight. We all know that if you are overweight or underweight, you have less chance to get pregnant. So if you are overweight or underweight, then start doing exercise like jogging, walking and others.

Choosing the right position. When you and your partner are making love, make sure you choose the right position that deposit sperm close to the cervix and allows the deepest penetration. One position is the missionary position. Also, when making love, put passion and romance in every move so you both will last until both of you reach climax together.

Nothing really beats timing. It’s really a matter of timing. If you still have not gotten pregnant then consult your doctor.

Common Early Pregnancy Signs

So you want to know how to identify signs that you are pregnant? Well, identifying the early signs of pregnancy is not just missing your period of the month. For those ladies and even teenagers who had their first pregnancy, it’s really important to identify if you are pregnant or not so you will be able to know how to take care of your selves. I have known a lot of teenagers who are pregnant at the early age who doesn’t know how to take care of their selves and their babies. Some even go to bars and continue their life because they don’t know that they are pregnant. They still continue to drink alcohol, exposing their selves to smoke and even drugs. So what happened now when they deliver their baby? The result is the baby has mental and physical damages. So how will you know that you are pregnant?

Here’s a list of early common signs of pregnancy:

Breast tenderness. Once you notice your breast is immediate tender in the first few days, then it has possibility that you are pregnant. The hormones of your body start to double its numbers consistently which cause some changes in the body. Some women who experience this signs are not comfortable wearing fitting clothes.

Missed Periods. It is the very common signs especially for those ladies who have regular periods. And yes, it is likely that you are three weeks pregnant since conception so better watch your period and go to your doctor.

Morning sickness or nausea. Most women really experience vomiting if they are 6 weeks pregnant but this morning sickness does not happen only in the morning but through any hour of the day. So watch out.

Urination at short intervals. If you are frequently urinating then there is possibility that you are pregnant. The reason behind this is that your bladder is highly sensitive and irritable to stimuli. So if you are frequently urinating, then go to your doctor and check if you are really pregnant.

Well, these are the common signs of early pregnancy. If you think that this signs are occurring to you, get your pregnancy kit and check it out. If it’s positive then ask assistance to your doctor or any other mom for advice.

Food You should Avoid When Pregnant

When you are pregnant, there are lots to avoid with. One is food. Why? What you eat might affect your baby’s growth and also yourself while you are pregnant.

When I was pregnant, I keep nagging my husband that I want to eat the food that is avoidable. My husband keeps reminding me that I should not eat this and that because it can affect our baby. So I ended with just a pout in my face. Hehehe. Pregnant women are known as stubborn.

So for most pregnant woman out there, here is the list of the common foods that you need to avoid:

Raw Meat. It is not advisable to eat raw meat since it was not cooked properly because their might be a risk that cause bacteria and other infections for both you and your baby. You need to eat foods that are well-cooked.

Fish with Mercury. We all know that Mercury is dangerous to our body. So eating fish with mercury is also dangerous to both you and your baby. One of these types is shark. Also canned food has mercury like tuna.

Raw Eggs. Raw eggs are exposed to salmonella. Examples of this are Caesar dressings, homemade ice cream, mayonnaise and a lot more. At some point, cooking your eggs will reduce the risk of salmonella, so it is better if you cook it before you eat it.

Caffeine. Some studies show that caffeine is okay however, there are also studies that show caffeine can be related to miscarriage. If you can’t live without caffeine, just take a small about of it. But avoid caffeine during the first trimester of your pregnancy. Remember, it is better to keep it safe.

Alcohol. No need to explain. Of course, this is greatly prohibited to pregnant women because it can lead to abnormality of your child or miscarriage.

So that’s it! That’s my list. Like what I said earlier, it is better to eat safe than regret the things that might happen.

Is It Safe To Exercise During Pregnancy?

I know many of pregnant women especially those who had their first pregnancy ask their selves ‘Is exercise advisable for me?’ or ‘How can I exercise when I am pregnant?’ and a lot more. Well, being pregnant doesn’t really mean getting fat. You can exercise, of course, but not the same exercise that you used to do when you are not pregnant.

When you are pregnant, you should also exercise. I ask my mom about it. She said exercise is very important because it will help you when you are going to deliver your baby to the world. But it doesn’t mean that you are going to be tired all the time. Also, exercise also helps you look and feel great during pregnancy.

Here’s a list of programs that can help you get started with.

Start a prenatal exercise program. When you are pregnant, you undergo a lot of physical, psychological, emotional and mental changes. So before you start doing exercise, you should understand that you need to modify your routing and start with a new one to be safe. This program will help you get started in a healthier way possible.

Prenatal exercise safety. When you are doing prenatal exercise, there are a lot of safety concerns. Why? Because you are pregnant. So pay attention to what you eat, wear and the exercise you do. Must better if you consult your doctor first before you get started so you would know what to do.

Aerobic exercises. There are safe and effective aerobic workouts for pregnant woman. This exercise will help you build up and maintain cardiovascular endurance which is essential when you are pregnant.
Strength-training exercise. It is important to develop your muscle tone for easy labor, delivery and birth process and it will also help you look and feel good.

Choose a pregnancy exercise class. It is important to get well-trained instructor that knows what right and what’s not kind of exercise for you.

So that’s it. My final advise is that you should seek for a medical advice if you want to exercise. You take care of yourself and have fun while you are pregnant.

Infections that can Affect Pregnancy

It’s not really fun when you are pregnant. There are a lot of infections that you need to avoid. Why? Simply because you are not alone in your body anymore. There is your precious baby. So you need to take care yourself and avoid yourself from infections that can affect your pregnancy. Of course, we love our precious baby and we want to take care of him or her even if she or he is still in our womb. But doing so, we are not only taking care of our baby but also our body as well.

When I had my first pregnancy, I search Google about the things and infections that I should avoid and here are the top 5 infections in my list that can really affect your pregnancy:

1. Chicken Fox. Some studies say that chances are good that no harm would happen to your baby but you really don’t know. Timing can be a factor. There’s still a rish that your baby will get conginetal varicella syndrome but the risk is at its highest when you are infected between 13 and 20 weeks’ gestation. This syndrome are commonly skin scarring, malfomed limbs, vision problems and abnormal small head. Also, your baby will suffer from physical and mental disabilities or worst, can lead to miscarriage.

2. German Measles. I have known a lot of moms who experience German Measles when they are pregnant and the result of their baby was really devatating. Why? Some baby’s turned out to be mentally retarded. Some moms also had miscarriage. But their is an immunization from this infection. You need to know if you are immune or not.

3. Flu. There a lot of types of flu. One is H1N1. If you are affect by any kind of flu, you will surely have a serious conflications that can put your baby at risk. Many lives has already taken because of this H1N1. Even people who are not pregnant are also affected with this and leads to serious problems. So take some shots that can protect you against the regular seasonal flu.

4. Hepatitis B. This highly infectious virus can spread through your bload, semen and other bodily fluid. It can be transmitted to you when you use utensils that a carrier has used like needles or can be sexually transmitted. If you have contracted with Hepa B, you will feel nausea and vomiting, loss of appetite, and a lot more. Some people cannot notice that they are already infected with the virus since the symptoms are just common. But if you don’t mind this virus, it means that your body will be infected by viruses not only Hepa B. If you are pregnant, chances are this virus will be transmitted to your baby. So take a vaccine to avoid this.

5. Sexually transmitted infections. Having STI can affect your baby. It is possible that your baby will carry the disease or worst, miscarriage. To avoid this, you should have a safe sex or don’t have sex with anyone who is positive. There are also treatments on this but we always know that when we are pregnant, we should avoid medicines because some medicines are not good from your baby.

There you go. This are my list of infections that you should avoid because it can really affect our pregnancy. How about you? What’s in your list?
